Deleting your data

You're in control of your data. Here's exactly how to remove it from pebzy — including anything we read from Shopify, Google Ads, or Meta.

Disconnect a single platform

In pebzy, open Connections and choose Disconnect next to Shopify, Google Ads, or Meta. We immediately stop accessing that platform and delete the stored credentials for it.

Delete your whole account

In Settings, choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your connected-platform credentials, and the data we hold for you, including any Google Ads and Meta performance data we cached for reporting.

Ask us to delete it for you

Prefer we handle it? Email dylan@toldyouicoulddoit.comfrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Meta data deletion

If you connected pebzy to Meta (Facebook or Instagram), you can also remove it from your Meta Business Tools / Apps settings. When Meta notifies us of a removal, our data-deletion endpoint deletes the Meta data we hold for that account and issues a confirmation code you can use to check status.

What gets deleted

  • Your stored Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta access credentials.
  • Any advertising performance data (spend, ROAS, conversions) we cached for your reports.
  • Your account profile, settings, and the messages you exchanged with the assistant.

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, billing records), and then only for as long as required.
