Who we are

pebzy is operated by Tollemache Group Pty Ltd (ABN 95 683 886 535, ACN 683 886 535), Australia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at dylan@toldyouicoulddoit.com.

The service

pebzy is a customer-service and operations assistant for online shops. It connects the accounts you run — Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta — to read performance data and help you draft work. It never changes anything in your connected accounts without your explicit, per-action approval, and it reads your advertising accounts on a read-only basis for reporting.

Your account and authorisation

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. By connecting a platform, you authorise pebzy to access that account on your behalf for the purposes described in these terms and our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any platform or close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Don’t use pebzy to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Platform compliance

Your use of data from connected platforms is also governed by those platforms’ terms. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements), and our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms. You agree to comply with the Google Ads, Meta, and Shopify policies that apply to your own accounts. pebzy acts as your agent for read-only reporting on your connected advertising accounts.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms and explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to delete it.

Billing, cancellation, and termination

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we don’t provide pro-rated refunds unless required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, you can request export or deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion page.

Disclaimers and liability

pebzyis provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that third-party advertising data is complete or accurate — it comes from Google and Meta and we report it as received. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which the Company is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
